Untitled (11 Rabbits)

Original Oil Painting
18 x 30 inches

I started this painting a while back and had to put it aside when I started the painting challenge in January.  It is a fun piece with a lot going on... it is almost Easter now so maybe waiting to finish this painting in April was the right thing to do.

I am sort of at a loss for title for this painting. What do you suggest? Leave a comment.

This painting will be for sale at the Valley Visions Art show coming up May 2nd at the Steamplant Annex. More information on this show will be posted later. Check out my website to view more of my paintings.

Sunflower Garden- diptych

Sunflower Garden - diptych
18 x 36 each piece, (36 x 36 total)
Original Oil Painting

Now you will be able to find those previous 'hints'. I think this painting is now finished. I will look at it again with fresh eyes in the morning. Sunflowers self-seed themselves in my front garden and when all the flowers are in bloom, it is really a happy site. There are always birds, butterflies, squirrels and cats in this garden.  Do you have any comments?

More Previews of the upcoming Diptych

Whew, been working too much this week. Hardly any time to paint in the studio. I did get a bit further painting a bit on my new large diptych. Here are some more preview photos... I hope to get in the studio this weekend. Maybe the painting will be finished on Monday!  (or not, ha.ha.)

The Start of a New Diptych

Just a peek at my new large diptych currently in progress.... This one features a flower garden (yes, again) and some critters... one of them looks to be a cat. I am enjoying the start of this new painting and hope to finish it in the next 5 days.  Stay tuned.....

Autumn Sunflowers

Autumn Sunflowers
6x6, oil

Bright sunny sunflowers in all the autumn colors will nod their heads at all who walk by my sidewalk garden this summer. I have a new packet of seeds to add to those that volunteer each year. Some awesome new colors to admire and see how they grow in this difficult area. This painting is for sale on my website.
